	Our Old Technical FAQ	Old Equipment Setup FAQ	The visible spectrum of light includes many different colors. For photography, the Kelvin chart assigns temperatures to the different visible colors. This allows us to make the appropriate settings in our cameras so we can get true, lifelike colors in our images (or to purposely distort them for creative purposes). Not to worry though, most modern digital cameras automatically set our cameras to the appropriate color temperatures for us (ever wonder what "white balance" was? Well, now you know). ;-)
